Hello, I'm Angi

Emotional Wellbeing Coach with a background in Psychology

I was born in Colombia, grew up in Spain, and now live in the UK. 

I know what it feels like to start again far from home – to raise children without support, adapt to a different culture, and lose your voice along the way.

I’ve experienced emotional overwhelm, disconnection, and inner confusion.  

But I’ve also found my way back – through psychology informed approaches and practical tools, I support you in understanding your emotions and making meaningful changes.

That’s why I created ABONOM: 

A warm, non-judgemental space to help you feel more like yourself again.

I offer 1:1 online sessions to support your emotional wellbeing.
Whether you’re living far from your country, raising children without your family nearby, or simply feeling overwhelmed, you don’t have to go through it alone.

My approach is integrative and psychology-informed, using practical tools to help you understand your emotions, make sense of your story, and reconnect with who you are – with empathy, in a supportive and non-judgemental space.
